It applies to various types of single batteries and battery packs such as lithium ion, nickel hydrogen, nickel cadmium, lead acid, nickel metal hydride and the like, in according with the GB 8897.4-2013 (IDT IEC 60086-4: 2000) Primary batteries Part 4: Safety requirements for lithium batteries, the GB 8897.5-2006 (IDT IEC 60086-5: 2005) Primary batteries Part 5: Safety requirements for aqueous electrolyte batteries, the GB-T18287-2013-general specification for lithium-ion batteries and batteries for mobile phones, the GB 24462-2009 general safety requirements for civil primary batteries, the ISJT 10169-1991 general specification for cadmium-nickel square sealed alkaline batteries, the GB 31241-2014 Safety requirements for lithium-ion batteries and batteries for portable electronic products.At the same time, it also applies to electronic components, instruments and meters with larger size and weight less than 20Kg and their mechanical and electrical equipment with packaging.
